The calculators on this page, as well as the ones to follow, are going to provide your unique blueprint to success over the next 14 days. After one week has passed, you will return to these calculators to input your new data. Even though we only have a short period of time in this program, weekly alterations to your energy intake & macros is still vital. You may even find that you start the program on the fringe of the higher body fat category & end up entering the second week in the lower category. As such, we want to make as many alterations to your intake as necessary to optimize progress; making changes on a weekly basis fits that bill.
You don't have to use the Weight Change Calculator (top right) more than once, but the Body Fat Calculator (above in the middle), Weekly Energy Intake Calculator (on the following page) and Macro Calculators (also on the following pages) will need to be used on the first day of the program to set up the first week, as well as the eighth day of the program to set up the second week. This will allow us to base the program on your specific rate of change!
