Recommended Sources of Information
The list below includes the people, websites, podcasts and other outlets that I routinely go to for expanding my knowledge in the areas of nutrition and training. This is not an exhaustive list, but these outlets are ones I've deemed most useful and the ones I use on a consistent basis. All of the links below come highly recommended and the information provided has helped me shape my own views on the fitness industry.
Your learning experience should never stop, so I encourage you to click through to the links below to continue the process.
I have no affiliation or monetary incentive attatched to any of these recommendations; they've simply given so much to me in the form of information and value that I wanted to create a way to give back to them.

WebsitesMenno HenselmansThis site is run by Menno Henselmans, a renowned online nutrition and training coach. He is the closest thing I have to a mentor in this field, and I have based the majority of my recommendations and practices on the information he provides. Put simply: if you like anything I have to say, you will also like what Menno has to offer. He also offers a Personal Training Certification Course, of which I have graduated with honors in July of 2016. I am currently retaking this course for the third time with an expected graduation date in 2018. For more information on the PT Course, click here. You can also subscribe to his email list by clicking here, and learn more about his coaching services (currently very limited availability) here.
