​I’ll admit I have an addictive personality. There’s almost no gray area: when I really like something, I find every type of excuse to include more of it in my life (see: the Chicago Cubs, or ice cream). When I dislike something, it gets the perpetual Heisman (see: politics, or drama).

But starting this week, I’m going to pour all of my willpower into breaking one of my most powerful & long-standing addictions: the one I have with caffeine. If you have any type of physique or performance goal, you probably should, too.
