​This post is a result of a recent assessment I made of my own diet. While the very, VERY early returns on my contest prep have been pretty great, I’ve spotted a potential issue in the diet that I want to correct for sooner rather than later. 

I’m sure I’m not the only one who has this problem, and if anything, the logic presented in this post can serve as a framework of how to troubleshoot your own diet. And let’s be honest: turning yourself into a science experiment every now and then is pretty fun.
